Terry’s career began behind the wheel, driving for companies like CF, United Transport, and E.L. Bruce Flooring. But while the miles rolled on, so did his mind. He started making connections—literally—calling dealers with a yellow legal pad and a phone book in hand. That humble beginning evolved into Teledeal in 1992 and eventually HTAEW.com, one of the industry’s most trusted dealer-to-dealer platforms was born.
He’s helped facilitate over $189 million in truck transactions, serving more than 2,800 dealerships, but he’ll still take your call himself—and he probably knows your cousin in Lubbock and how much he paid for the truck he bought in 2005. It’s that mix of old-school relationship building and forward-thinking innovation that makes Terry the cornerstone of this company.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Terry in Willis, Texas, where life is just the way he likes it—simple and surrounded by the things he loves. A proud Houston Astros fan, he rarely misses a game and can call balls and strikes better than most umpires. He enjoys riding around the neighborhood in his golf cart, playing pool and poker with friends, and traveling with his wife teresa. even their dog Max knows he’s living a good life.
A true cowboy at heart, Terry also has a history of breeding quarter horses, and if there’s a story to be told from the road, he’s the one who can tell it - but in his own language, full of colorful quips and sayings. What he’s built with HTAEW.com isn’t just a business—it’s a legacy grounded in values, hard work, and the kind of loyalty you can’t manufacture.

Heather Dubuisson has been part of the HTAEW story since day one—literally. As the daughter of founder Terry Hebron, she grew up watching the business take shape, sitting on the sidelines as her father helped transform the trucking world from paper deals to digital platforms. Now, she steps fully into the story as the company’s National Sales Director.
With over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, and strategic business development, Heather brings a fresh, results-driven approach to the HTAEW network. Known for her ability to build genuine connections and find creative solutions, she’s here to help dealers get the most out of their membership and reach new markets with ease.
Heather is passionate about both the trucking industry and her family legacy—and she's proud to be carrying the torch into the next generation of growth for HTAEW.
Taking after her dad (in more ways than looks) she’s A serial entreprenuer, and also has several other companies including downtown dasher, a golf cart taxi service, and HD creative graphics - a web and graphic design company. she has been a lifetime advocate of child abuse prevention - serving on many boards of non-profits, and has been a community advocate as the President of the Exchange Club, has earned the honor of New Rotarian of the Year, and is currently a member of the Old Town Merchant’s Association for Bay St Louis Mississippi where she calls home. When she’s not working… wait… she’s never not working. just kidding! She has a wonderful boyfriend and dog that she adores, and loves going to bingo with her girlfriends!
